Roll Call Vote on Ratification of Montenegro Treaty
All post cloture time on Executive Calendar #1, the Montenegro Treaty, has expired, the pending amendments were withdrawn, and the resolution of ratification was reported.
At 4:34pm, the Senate began a 15 minute roll call vote on ratification of Treaty Doc. 114-12, Protocol to the North Atlantic Treaty of 1949 on the Accession of Montenegro.
