The Senate stands adjourned until 9:30am on Thursday, April 7, 2016.

Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Calendar #55, H.R. 636, the legislative vehicle for the FAA reauthorization.

Tonight the Senate adopted the motion to proceed to H.R.636 by voice vote and Senator Thune called up substitute amendment #3464.

The Senate also reached an agreement that the next amendments in order be the following and that it be in order to call them up, and that they be considered offered in the order listed:

Gardner #3460 (unmanned aircraft systems)

Thune #3512 (security)

Heinrich #3482, as modified (security)

Thune #3462 (treatment of accident victims)

Schumer #3483 (seat size)

Thune #3463 (Nuclear material consideration)

Cantwell #3490 (penalty for assaulting ticket agent).
