Cloture filed on Rosenstein nomination (Deputy Attorney General)
Senator McConnell filed cloture on Executive Calendar #34, the nomination of Rod J. Rosenstein, of Maryland, to be Deputy Attorney General. The cloture vote will occur following the confirmation vote of the Perdue nomination to be Secretary of Agriculture. As a result, there will be 2 roll call votes at 5:30pm on Monday, April 24th.
