Legislative items

Adopted S.Res.361, a resolution recognizing the threats to freedom of the press and expression in the People's Republic of China and urging the Government of the People's Republic of China to take meaningful steps to improve freedom of expression as fitting of a responsible international stakeholder with a Cardin amendment to the resolution.

Adopted H.Con.Res.90, to authorize the use of Emancipation Hall in the Capitol Visitors Center for a ceremony as part of the commemoration of the days of remembrance of victims of the Holocaust.
