The Cassidy-Markey amendment #2953 (Maximize SPR Sale Revenue) was agreed to by voice vote and the Murkowski amendment 2953, as amended (substitute), was agreed to.
The cloture motion on S.2012, upon reconsideration, was vitiated. At 10:00am tomorrow, Wednesday, April 20, the Senate will vote on passage of S.2012, Energy Policy Modernization, as amended.
The Senate is in a period of morning business with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each. There will be no further roll call votes tonight.
