Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of S.2012, Energy Policy Modernization Act, with the time until 10:00am equally divided between the two Managers or their designees.

At 10:00am, the Senate will vote on passage of S.2012, as amended.

Under the previous order, following disposition of S.2012, as amended, the cloture motion with respect to the motion to proceed to H.R.2028, Energy and Water Appropriations, will be withdrawn and the Senate will proceed to the consideration of H.R.2028.
