Agreement to vote on Energy and Water Appropriations amendments

The Senate has reached an agreement that it be in order to call up the following amendments to H.R.2028, Energy and Water Appropriations:

Merkley SA #3812 (wind energy)

Reid SA #3805 (water management) and

Flake SA #3820 (environmental infrastructure);

that at 11:00am on Tuesday, April 26th, the Senate vote on the amendments in the order listed.
