At 9:51am, the Senate resumed consideration of S.178, Justice for Victims of Human Trafficking Act of 2015. Senator Cornyn withdrew the pending Cornyn amendment and offered amendment #1124. There will now be up to 1 hour for debate prior to a vote in relation to the Leahy amendment #301 and Cornyn amendment #1124. If all time is used, the votes would begin at approximately 10:50am.
