By unanimous consent, when the Senate resumes consideration of
Executive Calendar #21, the nomination of Loretta Lynch, of New York, to be Attorney General, on Thursday, April 23 (approximately 9:40am), there will be 2 hours for debate equally divided prior to a vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination. If cloture is invoked, there will be up to 2 hours of post-cloture debate, equally divided prior to a vote on confirmation of the nomination.
