Morning Business until 3:00pm

The Senate is in a period of morning business until 3:00pm, with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.

At 3:00pm, the Senate will agree to the motion to proceed to H.R. 1191, the legislative vehicle for the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act of 2015, for debate only. Senator Corker, or his designee, will offer the substitute amendment, which is the text of S.615, as reported.

There will be no further roll call votes today.
