The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Tuesday, April 25, 2017.
Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the nomination of Rod Rosenstein to be Deputy Attorney General, post-cloture, with the time until 12:30pm equally divided.
The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
As a reminder, during today's session Senator McConnell filed cloture on Executive Calendar #32, Alexander Acosta to be Secretary of Labor. Unless an agreement is reached, tomorrow, Tuesday, will be the intervening day. The cloture motion will ripen one hour after the Senate convenes on Wednesday, April 26th, or upon disposition of the nomination of Rod J. Rosenstein to be Deputy Attorney General, whichever is later.
