5pm vote on confirmation of Rosenstein nomination (Deputy AG)

At 5:00pm today, there will be a roll call vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #34, the nomination of Rod J. Rosenstein to be Deputy Attorney General. Following the vote, the Senate will resume consideration of the Acosta nomination, to be Secretary of Labor.
