Rubio objects to Jacobson nomination

Senator Flake asked unanimous consent that at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Democratic Leader, the Senate proceed to Executive Session to consider Executive Calendar #365, the nomination of Roberta S. Jacobson, to be Ambassador to Mexico; that there be 30 minutes of debate, prior to a vote on confirmation of the nomination.

Senator Rubio objected.

Senator Flake intends to ask the consent again tomorrow.
