Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to resume consideration of the nomination of Alexander Acosta to be Secretary of Labor, post-cloture. Unless an agreement is reached, all post cloture time on the nomination will expire at approximately 6:00pm. Discussions continue on a path forward on the appropriations process.
