Cloture vote moved to 12 noon; 2nd degree filing deadline 11:00am
By consent, the cloture vote on the motion to invoke cloture on substitute amendment #3801 to H.R.2028, Energy and Water Appropriations, has been moved to 12:00 noon today.
The filing deadline for 2nd degree amendments to both the substitute and underlying bill has been moved to 11:00am.
