- 10:00am proceed to Executive Session to consider Kathleen Sebelius, to be Secretary of Health and Human Services. There will be up to 8 hours for debate, equally divided. (confirmation subject to an affirmative 60 vote threshold).
- 12:30pm - 2:15pm Recess to allow for the party conferences.
- Following the recess, the Senate will resume debate on the Sebelius nomination.
