6:10pm vote on Johnson amendment

The Senate has reached an agreement to vote on the Johnson amendment at 6:10pm tonight. Under the order, the time until 6:10pm will be equally divided in the usual form. Following the use or yielding back of time, the Senate will vote on the Johnson amendment #1150 (treaty treatment). No second degree amendments are in order to the amendment. The amendment is subject to a vote-affirmative vote threshold for adoption of the amendment.
