5:25pm roll call vote on Barrasso

The Senate has reached an agreement that results in a vote at 5:25pm on the Barraso amendment #1147 (certification that Iran has not directly supported or carried out an act of terrorism against the U.S. or a U.S. person anywhere in the world). The amendment is subject to a 60-affirmative vote threshold for adoption.
