Paul request to discharge SFRC and pass S.2256, assistance to the Palestinian Authority

Senator Paul asked unanimous consent the Committee on Foreign Relations be discharged from further consideration of S.2265, a bill to prohibit certain assistance to the Palestinian Authority.
