Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.

This evening Senator McConnell announced that he expects to move to proceed to H.J.Res.66, the State IRA congressional resolution of disapproval, between 10:30am and 11:00am.

As a reminder, if the motion to proceed is agreed to there would be up to 10 hours of debate on the joint resolution prior to a vote on passage.
