Agreement to vote on May nomination at 5:30pm (Under Secretary of Commerce-Standards and Technology)

At 5:30pm today, the Senate will vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar # 76, Willie E. May, of Maryland, to be Under Secretary of Commerce for Standards and Technology. Following the vote, the Senate will resume consideration of the veto message on S.J.Res. 8, NLRB rule.
