Objection to Cruz amendment
Senator Cruz asked unanimous consent that when the Senate resumes consideration of H.R.1191 (Iran), that he be allowed to offer Cruz amendment #1152 (Congressional approval of Iran nuclear agreement). Senator Cardin objected.
