Motion to Proceed to S.2343, Stop the Student Loan Interest Rate Hike Act of 2012

This morning Senator Reid moved to proceed to S.2343, Stop the Student Loan Interest Rate Hike Act of 2012. The Senate will continue to debate the motion to proceed today with time until 2pm equally divided and controlled between the two Leaders or their designees.
