As a reminder, this evening Senator McConnell filed cloture on Cotton amendment #3878 (heavy water) and on the substitute amendment #3801.
Unless an agreement is reached, that cloture vote is expected 1 hour after the Senate convenes on Wednesday, May 11. The filing deadline for 2nd degree amendments to the Cotton amendment is 1 hour prior to the cloture vote, if cloture is invoked.
The filing deadline for 1st degree amendments to the substitute amendment #3801 is 2:30pm tomorrow, Tuesday, May 10. The filing deadline for 2nd degree amendments to the substitute is 1 hour prior to the cloture vote, if cloture is invoked.
