Roll Call Vote on cloture on Cotton amendment #3878 (Heavy Water/Iran)

At 10:36am, the Senate began a 15 minute roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Cotton amendment #3878 (heavy water/Iran);

Not Invoked: 57-42.

There will now be one hour of debate equally divided prior to a cloture vote on Alexander substitute amendment #3801 to H.R.2028, Energy and Water appropriations. The vote is expected to begin around 12:05pm. If cloture is invoked, there would be up to 30 hours of debate on the substitute and then cloture on the underlying bill.
