1:45pm vote on passage of H.R.2028, as amended
The Senate has reached an agreement that at 1:45pm today, all post-cloture time on substitute amendment #3801 to H.R.2028, Energy and Water Appropriations, will be considered expired. We expect to adopt the substitute by voice vote, the cloture motion on H.R.2028 will be withdrawn, and the Senate will vote on passage of the bill, as amended.
