Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business for 1 hour equally divided, with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.
Following morning business, the Senate will resume consideration of H.R.2028, Energy and Water Appropriations. All time during adjourning and morning business will count post cloture on the substitute amendment #3801 to H.R.2028.
Unless an agreement is reached, and if all time is used, the post cloture time would run out at approximately 6:30pm and the Senate would vote on adoption of the substitute amendment. Under the previous order, upon disposition of the substitute, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on H.R.2028, Energy and Water Appropriations, as amended. There would then be up to 30 hours of debate followed by a roll call vote on passage of the bill, as amended.
