Passed H.R.4957, to designate the Federal building located at 99 New York Ave, N.E., in the District of Columbia as the "Ariel Rios Federal Building".

Adopted S.Res.387, congratulating the Historic Columbia River Highway on its 100th year.

Adopted S.Res.403, designating the week beginning April 24, 2016 as "National Industrial Assessment Center Week" in celebration of the 40th anniversary of Industrial Assessment Centers.

Adopted S.Res.467, supporting the goals and ideals of National Nurse Week, to be observed from May 6 through May 12, 2016.

By voice vote, the Senate agreed to the following amendments to H.R.2577, THUD/MilCon-VA:

-Heitkamp SA #3903 - GAO study on collegiate aviation flight training

-Barrasso SA #3909 - Allows Indian Housing Community Development Block Grant funds to be used for the construction of housing for skilled workers

-Ayotte SA #3917 - zero tolerance recovery housing

-Mikulski/Shelby SA #3919 - Increases funding for transit safety activities

-Feinstein/Portman SA #3922, as modified - Extends the obligation period for HOME funds

-Franken/Tillis SA #3921, as modified - USICH study on health care savings associated with housing homeless individuals
