Gillibrand amendment is pending; Sessions amendment agreed to
Cantwell amendment #919 was agreed to 87-8. Senator Gillibrand offered amendment #931 (SNAP funding). The Sessions amendment #945 (eligibility criteria for agriculture irrigation assistance), as modified, was agreed to.
Following Senator Gillibrand's statement, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm. After the lunch we will continue to process amendments to the Farm bill.
