Paul request to delay cloture vote on Barron nomination--Markey objection
Senator Paul asked unanimous consent that the cloture motion on Executive Calendar 576, David Jeremiah Barron, of Massachusetts, to be United States Circuit Judge for the First Circuit, be delayed.
Senator Markey objected.
