Next vote could be 1:00am or earlier

By a vote of 62-37, the Senate passed H.R.1314, as amended (Trade Act of 2015). Senator McConnell said that no agreement has been reached and as of right now the next vote will be at 1:00am. If that changes, another message will be sent.
  1. McCONNELL: WITHOUT REACHING AN AGREEMENT TO GO FORWARD,
WHICH WE HAVEN'T REACHED AT THIS POINT, THE NEXT

VOTE WILL BE AT 1:00 A.M. IF THAT CHANGES, I'LL BE THE FIRST TO

LET EVERYONE KNOW. IF IT DOES, OBVIOUSLY WE'LL TRY TO EXPEDITE

THE PROCESS. BUT AS OF THIS MOMENT, WE'LL BE

VOTING AT 1:00 A.M. MR. PRESIDENT, I SUGGEST THE ABSENCE OF A

QUORUM.
