Recess until 12:01am--up to 2 cloture votes at 1:01am

The Senate reconvened and Senator McConnell moved to proceed to H.r.2048, USA Freedom Act. The Senate then recessed until 12:01am on Saturday, May 23. When the Senate reconvenes, there will be 1 hour prior to a cloture vote on the motion to proceed to H.R.2048, USA Freedom Act. If cloture is not invoked, there would be an immediate cloture vote on the motion to proceed to S.1357, 2 month FISA extension.
