Up to 2 roll call votes to begin closer to midnight
We expect to be able to vote shortly after midnight rather than 1:01am. As a result, there could be up to 2 roll call votes shortly. Those votes would be on:
- cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R.2048, USA Freedom Act; and if cloture is not invoked,
- cloture on the motion to proceed to S.1357, 2 month FISA extension.
If cloture is not invoked on either, discussions will continue.
