Agreement on Elwood nomination
The cloture motion on the Elwood nomination was withdrawn. Following leader remarks on Tuesday, June 6th, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #54, the nomination of Courtney Elwood, of Virginia, to be General Counsel of the Central Intelligence Agency, with the time equally divided until 2:15pm. At 2:15pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Elwood nomination.
