1:45pm roll call vote today - Holgate nomination

The Senate has reached an agreement that at 1:30pm today, the Senate proceed to Executive Session to consider Executive Calendar #462 and #463, the nomination of Laura Holgate, to be Representative of the US to the Vienna Office of the United Nations and to the International Atomic Energy Agency. There will be 15 minutes of debate equally divided followed by a roll call vote on confirmation of the nomination.
