Paul objects to TSCA consent

Senator Inhofe asked unanimous consent that at a time to be determined by the Republican Leader in consultation with the Democratic Leader, the Chair lay before the Senate the message to accompany H.R.2576, TSCA Modernization Act. That the Republican Leader, or his designee, be recognized to make a motion to concur in the House amendment to the Senate amendment and that there be up to three hours of debate equally divided prior to a roll call vote on the motion to concur.
