Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to S.2943, the National Defense Authorization Act, post-cloture. All time during adjournment, recess, and morning business will count post-cloture. Unless an agreement is reached, all post-cloture time will expire at approximately 6:00pm.

It is also possible that the Senate reaches an agreement on TSCA during Thursday's session.
