Senate Floor Schedule For Wednesday, June 03, 2009
- Morning Business for 1 hour with 10 minute limitations. The Majority will control the first 30 minutes. The Republicans will control the second 30 minutes.
- Following Morning Business, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to H.R.1256, the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act, post-cloture. If we need to use the entire 30 hours of post-cloture debate, the Senate would proceed to the bill around 5:30pm. Once we're on the bill, Senator Dodd will offer the substitute amendment and the bill will be open to further amendments.
