McCain amendment pending--Reed, Portman, Reed, Cornyn amendments next up
Senator McCain offered amendment #1456 (naval vessels) to McCain amendment #1463 (substitute) to H.R.1735, National Defense Authorization Act. The Senate then reached an agreement for the first set of amendments to be offered.
Under the order, the following are the next amendments in order to the bill:

Portman SA # 1522 (Stryker Lethality Upgrades)
Reed (RI) or designee amendment
Cornyn SA #1486 (report on energy security issues involving Europe and the Russian Federation)
