- Morning Business with senators permitted to speak for up to 10 minutes each. The Republicans will control the first 30 minutes and the Majority will control the second 30 minutes.
- H.R.1256, the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act.
- Senator Reid filed cloture on the committee substitute and the underlying bill, HR1256, Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act. There will be no roll call votes tonight or tomorrow. The next vote is expected to occur around 5:30pm Monday. That vote will be on the motion to invoke cloture on Dodd amendment #1247 (Substitute) to HR1256.
