The Senate has resumed consideration of H.R.1735, NDAA. There will now be up to 30 minutes for debate prior to votes in relation to the Portman and Bennet amendments. We expect a roll call vote on the Portman amendment and a voice vote on the Bennet amendment. If all time is used, the votes would begin at approximately 10:28am.
