Lee objects to McCain consent to vote on amendments
Senator McCain asked unanimous consent that the following amendments be in order to be offered:
Shaheen SA #4250 (Afghan visas)
Moran SA #4068 (Guantanamo)
That there be 10 minutes of debate equally divided between the managers, or their designees, and that following the use or yielding back of time, the Senate vote in relation to the amendments in the order listed, with no second degree amendments in order prior to the votes, and that there be 2 minutes equally divided between the votes.
Senator Lee countered, asking that his amendment #4448 (detention) be included in the consent.
Senator Graham objected to the modification.
