Objection to calling up Cotton amendment #1605
Senator Cotton asked unanimous consent to set aside the pending amendment in order to call up Cotton amendment #1605 (limitation on acceleration of dismantlement of retired nuclear weapons).
Senator Feinstein reserved her right to object, explained her objection, and then objected.
