Republicans object to vote on Gillibrand amendment

Senator Gillibrand asked unanimous consent that if cloture is invoked on S.2943, NDAA, that her amendment #4310 (Military Justice Improvement Act) be considered and the Senate vote on the amendment with a 60-affirmative vote threshold for adoption.

Senator McCain objected.
