Cloture invoked on motion to proceed to H.R.2578, CJS appropriations

By a vote of 94-3, cloture was invoked on the motion to proceed to H.R.2578. Under the previous order, the 30 hour post-cloture time will run as if cloture had been invoked at 10:00pm last night. We expect to begin consideration of the CJS appropriations bill tomorrow morning.
