At 12:30pm today, the Senate will recess subject to the call of the Chair.
The official photograph of the 114th Congress will occur at 2:15pm.
Following the photo and when the Senate reconvenes, there will be a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R.2578, Commerce, Justice Science appropriations, FY 2016.
