Roll call vote/s expected to begin shortly after 4pm

We appear to be close to reaching an agreement that would result in between 1 and 3 roll call votes shortly after 4pm. If an agreement is reached, we would dispose of the remaining pending amendments, agree to the McCain substitute (voice vote expected), and vote on cloture on the underlying bill (H.R.1735).
