Agreement to go to conference on H.R.3230, Veterans' bill

This evening, the Chair laid before the Senate a message from the House with respect to H.R.3230, the Veterans' Access to Care through Choice, Accountability, and Transparency Act of 2014. The Senate insisted on its amendment and requested a conference with the House with a conferee ratio of 8:6. The Chair appointed the following Senators as conferees: Sanders, Rockefeller, Murray, Brown, Tester, Begich, Blumenthal, Hirono, Burr, Isakson, Johanns, McCain, Coburn, and Rubio.
