Senate has resumed NDAA post-cloture

The Senate has resumed consideration of H.R.1735, NDAA, post-cloture. There is a good chance we reach an agreement to yield back time and vote after lunch (1:45pm range). If no agreement is reached, the vote on passage would occur at 4:00pm. Upon disposition of NDAA, there will be a cloture vote on the motion to proceed to H.R.2685, the Defense Appropriations bill.
