Grassley objects to Landrieu list of noncontroversial amendments

Senator Landrieu asked unanimous consent the Senate adopt the amendments listed below. Senator Grassley objected and said he is negotiating a package with the Chairman's staff. Senator Landrieu then asked consent that Senator Grassley's proposal be placed in the Record. Senator Grassley objected.

The time until 2pm will be equally divided and controlled between the two Leaders, or their designees, and Senator Reid will be recognized at that time.
